XP-SOFT has come up with a rather special and
dedicated service model; effective April 1, 2005 XP-SOFT will
establish the Client Account Services group. The Client
Account Services (CAS) group is dedicated to providing our
clients with world-class customer service. The Client Account
Managers (CAM) will act as the client’s strongest advocate and
be the single point of contact for the clients needs and will
work closely with the client to understand and prioritize
issues to be considered for inclusion into future software
development efforts- whether it be an enhancement or
maintenance issue. The CAM will provide reports on a regular
basis which details the status of their issues, as it relates
to future development efforts. They will act as an escalation
point for client issues and provide feedback as to the
progress of issues as it relates to XP-SOFT’s development
cycles. Additionally, they will provide value added service as
it relates to clients interest in add-on sales for XP-SOFT
developed products, services and third party products. The
CAM's will proactively keep our existing clients informed on
the status of their outstanding questions, comments concerns,
as well as provide them with value-added sales, services and
feedback as it relates to their issues. |

| The CAM will also be responsible for
increasing client awareness as it relates to new features,
functions of the software and providing services as it relates
to technology refreshes. They will assist the client with
understanding the changes going on the industry, as well as
XP-SOFT’s direction and vision. |
