| This course is designed to help participants handle the difficult situations and conversations that occur frequently as part of a normal, interactive working day. Participants will learn to resolve situations successfully in a manner that enhances working relationships. They will use a simple model to learn to separate content from the emotional impact of the content, and practice working on their own difficult situations in a safe environment. |

| The day will be a mix of short theory sessions, small group discussion, skills practice, and whole-group discussion and debate. The program will be interactive with many opportunities for participants to discuss and practice a number of solutions for work related issues. |
