Negotiation Skills
This course provides participants with the strategies, tactics and skills that will enable them to achieve successful win-win outcomes when they are negotiating in the workplace. It offers the opportunity to practice and receive feedback on negotiation approaches in actual situations.  
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
 This course has been designed for professionals with little formal training in negotiation who want both an understanding of different negotiation approaches and a practical experience in using these skills.
